APPOINTMENTS

To ensure that you secure an appointment time and date that’s convenient for you, we recommend booking with us in advance. We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for appointment reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life happens and circumstances may get intervene with your appointment. As a courtesy to our providers, we ask that you please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will be charging patients a cancellation fee for an appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. We also hold the right to charge patients for their appointment should there be a no-show. There are no exceptions to these policies.

PRICING AND PREPAYMENTS

Pricing for our services can vary from month to month. If you notice an ideal price for one or more of our services, you are able to prepay for them to guarantee the price. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem your purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

CONSULTATIONS

We offer complimentary consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe in the importance of keeping all of our patients well informed. We also believe that patients with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include: an overview about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about the treatment options available to you, and a clear and concise treatment plan to accommodate your individual goals.

CHILD POLICY

To ensure the safety of children and an ease of mind for all our patients, we ask that parents or guardians make arrangements for children while receiving care from our providers. Children who visit us during their parent’s or guardian’s appointments or are unattended in the waiting area can pose a safety risk due to the nature of our business. Any minors under the age of 18 receiving treatment must be accompanied by an adult.

We ask all of our parent or guardian patients to please understand our policy is for the safety of your child. Please contact us if you have concerns or question regarding this matter.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. The following summarizes our privacy policy to help you understand how we gather, utilize, communicate, and disclose personal information.

Prior to or at the time of gathering personal information from a patient, our team will disclose the purposes for which information is being collected. We collect and use personal information only with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes. We only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the specified purposes. We strictly collect personal information with the consent or knowledge of our patients by fair and lawful means. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

We safeguard all personal information by reasonable security protection against theft or loss, in addition to unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or alteration. We will make information about our practices and policies readily available to customers as it regards to their personal information. We are dedicated to conducting our business to accommodate these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of our patients personal information is safeguarded and maintained.

Our patients can permanently disable their accounts and remove your information from our database at any time by getting in touch with us at our office. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.

These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.

We collect information automatically as you navigate our site as well as through our analytics providers. We may store certain information such as the type of device you use to access our website including but not limited to IP address, device ID, the pages you visit, referring sites, user interactions and search terms. We also obtain your location from your IP address.

We may use your information to offer you products and services that we think may be of interest to you, unless you have opted out of marketing communications from us. If you are in the European Economic Area, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before sending you any marketing communications. You may object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time, free of charge, when we collect your personal information and in every marketing communication. To ensure the best experience for all our patients and team members, clients who demonstrate disruptive or aggressive behavior, or who have consistently not showed up to their appointments may be denied the opportunity to book future treatments with us.
